Abstract

Recently, scholars start integrating IPA with DEMATEL to take the influence and the dependency of the attributes into account for more accurate assessment. However, these approach are still existed the shortcomings. This study proposes an approach that combining composite importance with DEMATEL in order to take into account both the strength of relationships among attributes and the importance of each attribute. And then integrate with IPA effectively so that to a relatively complete representative values of importance and performance. Thru the case study, the result showed that this approach can assist researchers in identifying their management requirements and then prioritizing the associated actions effectively.
