Research on the Application of Experiential Teaching Method in Experimental Teaching of Aged Nursing

Abstract
Objective: to study and analyze the application of experiential teaching method in practice teaching of aged nursing. Methods: 100 nursing students are randomly divided into two groups, control group and study group, with 50 patients in each group. The control group adopts the conventional teaching and nursing mode, and the research group adopts the experiential teaching research mode. Results: in the experimental teaching, nurses and patients in the study group had a high level of role recognition, strong sense of team building and strong practical ability. The comprehensive learning effect of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference of the group was in line with the statistical analysis standard (P<0.05). Conclusion: on the basis of experiential teaching mode, it pays attention to the integration of research teaching mode, deepens students' efficient cognition and promotes the cooperative development of the team. On the basis of industrial research and education, it improves the application of comprehensive nursing experimental teaching under the mode of adding blood.
