Abstract

As one of the top ten targeted poverty alleviation projects in China, E-commerce poverty alleviation plays a significant role in winning the battle against poverty and achieving rural revitalization. By improving the infrastructure in the field of circulation, providing talent support, strengthening capital guarantee, respecting the role of the market, and giving full play to the demonstration effect. However, some regions still have some problems that need to be solved urgently, such as the imperfect logistics and distribution service system, the low acceptance of E-commerce marketing by the rural people, the lack of E-commerce professionals, and the weak industrial foundation. We can improve the E-commerce poverty alleviation policy, increase the investment of E-commerce poverty alleviation funds, strengthen the cultivation of rural E-commerce talents, continue to develop the brand of agricultural products, and promote the construction of industrial chain system.
