Abstract

Entrepreneurship is an important way to promote economic and social development and improve people's livelihood. In recent years, through reforms such as simplified administration, decentralization, decentralization, and optimized services, the legal environment for small and medium-sized enterprises 'entrepreneurship has been continuously optimized, institutional costs have continued to decrease, the law enforcement and judicial environment have continued to improve, awareness of law-abiding has continued to increase, and legal supervision has gained Strengthening, but the problems affecting the entrepreneurship of small and medium-sized enterprises in Guangzhou still exist. To give full play to the important role of Guangzhou small and medium-sized enterprises in enhancing the ability of entrepreneurship to drive employment, create a high-quality supply and expand effective demand, we must continue to optimize the legal environment for entrepreneurship. To optimize the legal environment for entrepreneurship in small and medium-sized enterprises in Guangzhou, we should proceed from the "five in one" of legislation, law enforcement, justice, law-abiding, and legal supervision, build a complete closed-loop and achieve a virtuous circle.
