Abstract

Realizing China's modernization is the long-cherished wish of several generations of Chinese, and it is also a necessary way to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. The Party’s 19th National Congress report put forward two goals of 100 years of struggle, which set a timetable for the realization of China ’s modernization and build China into a democratic, prosperous, harmonious and beautiful new China. Based on this, this article mainly analyzes the importance of the new aggregation system in the modernization of industrial structure, and discusses the aggregation path to achieve institutional innovation.
