Abstract

Taking farmers as the research object, this paper systematically sorts out and analyzes the demand and supply willingness of forest rights mortgage loan, the influencing factors of credit constraint and the research results on the effect of forest rights mortgage loan. On this basis, some possible research prospects are put forward to enrich the theoretical research framework of the factors affecting the credit rationing of forest rights mortgage loan, and provide reference for farmers' forest rights mortgage loan response behavior.
