Abstract

SVGLRAM-----a new type of non-international algorithm to achieve image compression, with its advantage of the acquisition of minimum error value, the closer compression ratio and the comparatively lower time and space computational complexity for the purpose of avoiding the weaknesses of SVD and GLRAM, and it has been experimented in different facial databases such as ORL and Yale with its high efficiency.
