Abstract

The article studies the relationship between the construction and economic development, based on the construction indicators and economic indicators in Shenzhen from 1979 to 2018, through ADF test, Johansen test, and Granger test. The results of the study show that the relationship between Shenzhen's economy and the construction are both mutually reinforcing, while the degree of development of the construction industry can be It unilaterally affects the efficiency of the construction industry. Based on the above empirical research, the corresponding recommended countermeasures are proposed.
