Abstract

With the rapid development of industry, the demand for control systems in modern industrial enterprises production has become more and more strict. This paper takes the electrical control system as the object of study, and studies the electrical principle, workflow and control system equipment. It focuses on the design of PLC modules based on optimizing the overall scheme of control system design. The design process of the PLC-based control system is done by determining the signal selection of electrical components and calculating the parameters. This process control system can effectively improve the production efficiency of the enterprise, and thus provide a stable operation for electrical equipment and the comprehensive management and the Control capabilities.
