Abstract
With the increasing demand for people's material and cultural life, the deepening of social ideology, the improvement of social systems, people are paying more and more attention to their own rights and interests, the emergence of various judicial issues, accurate sentencing, and justice. The fairness has caused many unnecessary problems for the citizens. In the event of legal disputes, lawyers and lawsuits will bring a lot of time to the citizens, reduce the happiness index of the people, and solve traditional problems, such as improving the judicial trial. Transparency, increased trial procedures, increased auditing mechanisms, etc. Even in this case, misjudgments often occur. In recent years, the rise of data mining technology and big data technology has enabled us to see the hope of solving judicial problems.
