Abstract

With the development of the technology, more and more now high-tech methods are applied in the teaching, especially the internet teaching. Normal offline teaching can not meet the needs of the students. They are looking for a new method that can offer them a better and wider way for studying. That is absolutely “online courses”. Online courses can break the barrier of time and place, with which students can learn whatever they want and wherever they like. But not all online apps are of high quality. Those online learning systems such as MOOC is what we called “Golden Courses” System. The paper will analyze the meaning of establishing “Golden Courses” System and how to realize it.
