Abstract

China's economic and social development has entered a brand-new stage, but what does not match with industrial upgrading and value chain climbing is education, especially backward in training innovative talents. In order to adapt to the changes and development of the world economy, education departments and various schools at home and abroad have taken corresponding exploratory measures. China still needs a comprehensive and systematic reform in the education management system and the cultivation of innovative talents.
