Abstract

This paper in view of the growing aging background in Liaoning province, the contradiction between the increasing demand for old-age care services of the public and the insufficient effective supply of the government is becoming more and more prominent. Therefore, in the open innovation competition activities, liaoning province should focus on the development of intelligent and healthy old-age care service industry under the background of scientific and technological innovation to solve the problems of how to build intelligent and healthy old-age care community, how to make profits for service operation enterprises, solve problems such as sustainable development of the industry.
