Abstract

This paper mainly introduces the principles that should be followed in the combination of legal education and moral education. By analyzing the problems existing in the combination of legal education and moral education at this stage, it discusses the measures to effectively combine legal education and moral education, so as to promote legal education, implement effective moral education, strengthen students' legal consciousness and cultivate students' good moral quality, realize the integration of legal education and moral education and promote the sustainable development of legal education and moral education in our country. In recent years, our country has been committed to the reform of quality education, not only focusing on the knowledge level and practical ability of students, but also emphasizing the cultivation of students' quality, especially after the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee clearly stipulated that the education of rule of law should be integrated. In order to carry out the party's policy requirements and cultivate excellent talents with both morality and legal literacy for the society, we must actively promote the work of legal education and moral education. Both legal education and moral education are very important and indispensable, but at present, many colleges and universities often only tend to one of them in actual education, either ignoring legal education or moral education, which is not in line with the requirements of modern university education, and must be adjusted and changed. We should combine the education of rule of law with the education of morality, so as to improve the moral quality of students, make them have a certain sense of law, and improve the phenomenon of juvenile delinquency.
