Abstract
Ideological and political education should be carried out in a systematic, holistic and coordinative manner, to cultivate students with all-around development. In this paper, implementation surroundings are analyzed in terms of cultural globalization, vocational English teaching status and student status analysis, and then corresponding measures are to be taken in the vocational English teaching reform process.
