Abstract

Mafia-style crime is one of the focuses of the judicial authority over the years to crack down on and the establishment of mafia-style organizations is pne of the prerequisites of the crime. However, there are varied forms of mafia-style crimes. It is difficult to accurately grasp the characteristics. This paper expounds the contents on mafia-style organizations from four aspects such as the characteristics in organization, economy, behavior and perniciousness for accurately grasp in the judicial practice.
