Abstract

Colleges and universities are important places for the cultivation of high-quality and high-ability talents, and their volunteer service work also presents a new development trend. The rich and varied volunteer service activities greatly promote the effective improvement of students' ability and accomplishment. Based on this, this paper analyzes the functions of the college volunteer service system, further explores the problems existing in the current college volunteer service system, and proposes the way to establish a long-term college volunteer service mechanism.
