Abstract
Good trademarks require different translation theories to be applied according to different trademarks. This essay puts Nida’s theory into the practice of trademark translation, which can optimize the function of trademarks from the source language that plays an important role in advertising so as to fulfill the final goal. Under the guidance of Functional Equivalence, this essay introduces four translation approaches and four translation principles. It is believed that this essay could help to improve the target text accuracy of trademark and to enhance the internationalization of trademark.
