Abstract

Implementing the strategy of revitalizing the countryside is a major decision-making arrangement made by the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. Document No. 1 pointed out that in order to implement the strategy of rural rejuvenation, it is necessary to crack the constraints of talent bottlenecks and give play to the supporting role of scientific and technological talents. In the population gap, the new age agricultural college students are an indispensable and important force, and are the most important follow-up reserve talent pool on the road of rural revitalization. Therefore, this article explores the effective way to cultivate agricultural talents with comprehensive development of moral, intellectual, physical, art, and labor in the new era, and provides theoretical basis for the cultivation of high-quality comprehensive talents for agricultural modernization that serves the "three rural" issues.
