Abstract
Under the "Belt and Road" initiative, Chinese state-owned enterprises face challenges in preventing and controlling overseas investment corruption. The existing rules are slightly inadequate in preventing and controlling overseas investment corruption and cannot meet China's ever-increasing scale of foreign investment. This requires research on China ’s overseas investment corruption prevention and control system, discovering problems and proposing corresponding solutions, and achieving the goal of state-owned enterprise overseas investment corruption prevention and control through the establishment of internal and external rules of state-owned enterprises.
