Abstract
This paper analyzes the current trade structure of various woody forest products in China and finds that there are significant product structure differences in the export and import of Chinese woody forest products. Among them, imported wood forest products are mainly capital-intensive products, while export wood forest products are mainly labor-intensive products. According to the information provided by FAO, the carbon content of various woody forest products in China was calculated, and the carbon storage of various woody forest products in China was analyzed by the reserve change method. The study found that the trade structure has an impact on the carbon storage of Chinese woody forest products. The trade of capital and resource-based wood forest products has a positive impact on China's carbon stocks. The trade of labor-intensive Wood-based forest products has a negative impact on China's carbon stocks.
