Abstract

The construction of teachers is a very important content in the diagnosis and improvement of teaching, while teachers have their own characteristics in the process of diagnosis and reform, and professional teachers are the most important. There are some problems in the construction of professional teachers in the process of diagnosis and reform, and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward in view of these problems. It is hoped that the research can provide some reference for the construction of professional teachers in diagnosis and reform.
