Abstract
This paper summarizes the necessity of conducting ideological and political education for higher vocational chemical engineering courses; the differences between ideological and political education and its curriculum; the connotation of ideological and political education; the selection and integration path of ideological and political contents in chemical engineering courses; the ways to conduct this education in these courses; and the "standard" of the integration of ideological and political goals with professional courses.
