Abstract

At the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China put forward the strategic plan of comprehensively and strictly governing the party. It is an important basis for deepening social reform and realizing the rule of law. Universities are an important link in the grass-roots party organizations in China. The development of their party construction directly affects the management level and ideological style of universities, and affects the level of college students' IPE. Under this background, Chinese colleges and universities should strictly comply with the requirements of party building in the new era, systematically and scientifically carry out the party's strict and strict party management, effectively integrate party building in universities with IPE, and seek a The innovative road of teaching management lays the foundation for the effective implementation of party building work and IPE of college students.
