Abstract

As a major comprehensive reform project in the field of higher education, the reform of pilot colleges has become the "experimental field" of the comprehensive reform of higher education. Taking the advanced manufacturing and information internationalization pilot college of Wuhan University of Technology as an example, this paper explores and analyzes the reform of the pilot college in terms of enrollment and selection mode, talent training mode, teacher selection and evaluation system, internal governance system, etc.
