Abstract
Without scientific and reasonable teaching management, we can not guarantee the teaching order and quality of the school. The purpose of this paper is to study the application and innovation of flipped classroom in the teaching management of colleges and Universities(CAU) under the background of "MOOC". This paper summarizes the teaching of MOOC, the teaching management of flipped classroom and the significance of flipped classroom teaching management combined with MOOC education in CAU. Based on this, this paper studies the innovative methods of teaching management. The experiment was carried out in class 1 and class 10, grade 4 of a City University. The results showed that the average score of high number in the experimental class was 91.523, the average score of high number in the control class was 87.477, and the difference of the average score was 4.0455. It shows that the flipped classroom teaching management model is helpful to improve students' academic performance.The results of the two classes are relatively good and meet the experimental conditions.
