Abstract

Discipline construction is the support of specialty construction and talent cultivation of Application-oriented Undergraduate Colleges and the basis and carrier of talent cultivation. Discipline construction is related to the goal and specification of specialty construction and talent cultivation, the allocation and coordination of educational and teaching resources, the quality and efficiency of higher education, and the coordination and adaptation of higher education and economic and social development. The cultivation of high-quality talents to meet the needs of national and regional economic and social development depends to a great extent on the discipline construction of colleges and universities. For application-oriented undergraduate colleges, discipline construction is the foundation, foundation and core of all work, and the basic guarantee to improve personnel training, enhance core competitiveness, school level and social reputation, adapt to the needs of economic and social development and the overall development of people.
