Abstract

Objective: By conducting a survey on the demand of medical care combined with old-age care services for 600 elderly residents in jianhua district, longsha district and tiefeng district of Qiqihar city. It provides reference for improving Qiqihar's model of combining medical care with old-age care and meeting people's reasonable demand for medical care with old-age care. Methods: By means of literature research, questionnaire survey and face-to-face interview. From the aspects of physical condition, economic condition and personal expectation, the demand of the elderly for medical and nursing services was investigated. Results: 83.51% of the respondents are willing to accept the combined medical and pension services. 35.24% of the respondents chose the price that affects the choice of retirement method.14.93%of the respondents had never heard of medical care combined with old-age care. Conclusion: The level of fees is the main factor that affects the demand of medical care and old-age care. Price is the most important factor affecting choice. Close to home is the most desired place for elderly care institutions; Family pension is the most desirable way for the elderly; There are differences between the monthly income, self-care ability and the demand for medical and nursing combined elderly care services.
