Abstract

In the practice of targeted poverty alleviation in Tibet, the whole relocation, relocation in batches; concentration of settlement, scattered combination way of change of relocation for poverty alleviation, move at the same time to take in view of the change of poverty alleviation by inputting the poor employment support, skills training, provide jobs and social security out ecological compensation measures, such as in different organizational planning, funds for poverty alleviation management, effective evaluation obtained the effective experience, but it is still faced with the natural environment and social conditions, residents' social adaptation, moving some difficulties and challenges in aspects of community governance, needs from the ideological understanding, publicity and education, supervision and evaluation take further measures, We will improve the relocation mechanism for poverty alleviation in relocating the poor, strengthen poverty management in risk response, and innovate community management in the relocation sites.
