Abstract
With the improvement of medical level and the development of information science and technology, the implementation of hospital informatization has changed the hospital's diagnosis and treatment process and management concept, and put forward more and more ideas to strengthen the ideological leadership of affiliated hospitals. In the current situation, the information construction of the Affiliated Hospital of the university has been relatively comprehensive, but the daily management of the Affiliated Hospital of the university still depends on human resources, which shows that the ideological and political work of the Affiliated Hospital of the university has not enough depth and attention. In order to solve the problem of ideological work leaders' lack of thinking, this paper uses statistical analysis method and questionnaire method, through the questionnaire of seven hospitals, to study the ideological work leaders of hospitals affiliated to universities. Using the methods and data collected in this paper, through the analysis of the status of ideological construction, the results show that we should strengthen the overall planning, deepen the reform of the leadership mode, improve the efficiency of hospital operation, and increase the comprehensive strength of hospital medical teaching and research.
