Abstract
It is of great significance for private colleges and universities to adapt to the reform of old and new kinetic energy transformation, which is conducive to updating the school's teaching philosophy, building distinctive disciplines, and promoting the school's innovative development. In order to adapt to the conversion of old and new kinetic energy, private colleges and universities can explore and practice from the following reform paths: starting from the school as a whole, highlighting the characteristics of running a university; starting from the student training model, training high-quality talents; starting from teacher training, and improving the overall quality of teachers.
