Abstract

Abstract: It is a beneficial attempt to apply the modern project management method to the party building, a beneficial exploration of party building at the grassroots level in universities in the new era, and an important carrier for strict governance of party and further promote the innovation of the party construction at the grassroots level in universities. On the basis of strengthens the standardization of construction for party branch continuously, taking the grassroots party organization's innovation project as the entry point, innovating activities’ content and methods of grassroots party organization.it makes the activities of grassroots party organizations not only carried out but also achieved remarkable results. And formed a grassroots organization activity model and operational mechanism which party building leads､promotes and integrates the work of the school center.
