Abstract

From the perspective of life education, this paper probes into the training mode of elderly care talents, which is helpful to promote college students to form healthy and upward life values, and improve their social and psychological abilities. It is helpful to help college students to be full of service passion and care for the aged. It is conducive to promoting the continuous development of employment and re-employment, and enhancing vocational ability and knowledge ability. Therefore, it is necessary to set up the thought of "life education", develop life education for college students majoring in old-age care, deepen the reform of undergraduate courses of old-age care, and broaden the channels to train professional talents. To explore the integration of life education and subject teaching in colleges and universities, to strengthen the construction of characteristic courses, to train compound service talents for the old, and to expand employment; It can provide inspiration and reference on life education method, life education practice and life education model for college students to set up correct life values. Relying on scientific research platform to carry out teaching reform and improve students' professional practice ability; To improve the professional practice ability and social status of college students majoring in old-age service, to carry out innovative practice and exploration of "productive teaching" talent training mode, and to promote the healthy development of old-age service in China.
